“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.”

“Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!”

“I would not recommend staying here. The property is dirty with trash thrown all over. A lot of shady people coming and going all night long, many sitting in their vehicles watching you and be careful stepping out of the room as you will be stepping on trash, vomit and oil slicks in the parking lot. I watched three landscapers with air blowers just blowing the trash around with out actually cleaning anything or picking the trash up. Did I mention there is trash everywhere!! The room was large...

“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”

“There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.”

“Property itself was pretty quiet but being on the side of the building close to the interstate was very noisy - the white noise of the air conditioner fan covered it decently but the fan also made an unpleasant whine. The bed was nice and firm, and I'm very glad there was an iron and ironing board. I'd stay here again but I would ask for a room on the front of the building.”

“The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.”

“Room was clean but the hallways were a little dirty, pool was nice. I would recommend staying here if you have to travel out of Nashville airport as you can pay cheap fees to leave your vehicle there”
