“The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with. “The staff was polite, accommodating, helpful and just downright outstanding. Inner accommodations were sparse (no chairs in the room, hooks to hang your clothes…that sort of thing) . My husband had outpatient surgery while there and when I asked for a chair for him to sit in, they immediately provided one. Very clean rooms. We would definitely stay there again. ”

2. Excellent dining. We HIGHLY recommend Aerie on the 16th floor of the Tower. Also, it’s an awesome touch that it is one of the few places that still has in room dining options.

“We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.”
