“Thought the location of the hotel was good, parking was easy the breakfast and food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. parts of the room were a little tired and someone had splashed a drink over the curtains at somepoint so they could do with cleaning.”

“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct...

“The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn.”

“On my return to my room on the day before checkout neither my mug or glass had been cleaned.
The hotel provided a direct to a taxi company which I used in the morning on my return I tried to get hold of the company and all I got was an announcement of the company and it just kept ringing. Tried to call the hotel but their number was not on the card with the key. Found the website no number listed just how to book. Call main US line. Lady said that she could help but gave me a number missing...
