Calm Flat with a Private Terrace

Welcome to the peaceful oasis just outside the buzzing centre of Trieste.

Here you're just a 25-minute stroll from Piazza Unità, the city's beating heart - but thanks to the spacious and isolated private terrace full of greenery, you'll forget about the noise and rush of the city in an instant.

Recharge by lazily sipping from a coffee cup under the oleander tree, or get some work done at your home office - you'll appreciate the small but very functional workstation this cozy apartment offers.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PARKING:
nfo about parking: there is free street parking in our street as well as on the surrounding streets.

HOWEVER, in Trieste it can get very tricky to find a parking spot sometimes.

It's normal to take about 15 minutes before you find a spot - but it also happens that you take 1 hour, or you don't find anything at all.

Here are my suggestions, if you're not having any luck:
- try via Domenico Rossetti
- try Parcheggio piazzale de Gasperi
- if all else fails, take the paid parking Parcheggio Saba San Giacomo

THE APARTMENT:

The first thing you notice when you enter the apartment is how quiet it is!

Situated on the ground floor, the place has high ceilings and windows, so there's plenty of light coming in.

The private terrace is the perk of the flat - here you can chill with friends at any point of the day (or night) and the big oleander tree makes you feel like you're far away from the concrete jungle of the city.

But instead, you're just about 20 minute walk away from it!

As you enter, the bathroom with a spacious shower is on your right, the kitchen is in front of you and on the left, you get a peak into the living room/workstation/bedroom space, which then leads to the terrace.

The bedroom area is privately tucked on top of a mezzanine, which pleasantly separates the resting space from the rest, without making it feel small or cramped.

If you decide to bring some work to your holiday, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the optic cable - it'll be your friend when you need to download something fast or hop on a hi-res call.

The kitchen is fully furnished, including a stove, oven and a microwave, so if you plan on cooking, your imagination won't be tied by the lack of tools.
