“1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine”

“ We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...

“Manas Resort with Petting Zoo is an amazing place for families especially with kids who love pets! They have a very good collection of dogs, rabbits, and birds, and they allow guests to pet these. Kids freak out when they get a pet of their own choice. Besides, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.
