“I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved. “Staff including shuttle drivers and front desk people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good. My experience was marred by guests in the room next door, who were extremely loud — including several young kids who screamed and ran about late in the evening and early morning. Their behavior was not the hotel’s fault, but it does underscore the fact that even if a connecting door is locked and can’t be opened, it is a thin and weak noise barrier.”

“Its absolutely horrid. I had to leave and ask for my money back after walking into the hotel room less than 2 minutes later. You turn the light on to roaches running across the walls, sink, and counter. There was literal boogers flicked and wiped on the walls and what appeared to be some blood or something on the door. Just absolutely awful.”
