Vacanze Trimiklini

I'm a frequent business guest, but nobody seems to take care of it, neither in the way they say hello and not certainly by proposing you an upgrade even when it would be possible. It is a beautiful and elegant hotel located in a wonderful position by the sea. What I like the more is the hotel itself. The breakfast buffet is great and there the quality of the food is high. The club sandwich at Clouds Bar was terrible, I could not eat it. The Greek salad was very low level, but the waiter was very nice. Staff is professional but not smiling and welcoming: they are cold and prevented any time you ask for something. Then when they realise it was simply a request, they relax and collaborate. The level of cleanliness is poor. Anyway, although you don't perceive a warm attitude and not everything is excellent, hotel, staff and services are good, so I'll come back again.
