“Arrived at this hotel and was informed that they overbooked their rooms and we were offered a room downgrade? This is the first time this has ever happened in years of travelling. Normally a hotel will offer you an upgrade if they make a mistake Thankfully Expedia provided me with a free of charge upgrade to another nearby hotel (Havana Club Resort) Very unprofessional experience. I’ve never had a hotel make their problem my problem before. Now they have no business and a fresh 1 star review....

“I was underwhelmed with this hotel and thought value for money was much not as good as other hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Located in the central city area of Trinco, however there is not really much to neither see or do in this area. Suggest you instead look for a hotel on the beach and take a tuk-tuk if you want yo experience the city. The room was spacious, had AC, but other than that rather basically equipped. I had high hopes for a Sri Lankan breakfast, because staff asked me...

“Premetto che non è un hotel, ha solo 4 stanze... comunque la struttura è molto carina e minimal, il personale a gestione familiare devo dire che è stato altamente disponibile( di base hanno regole in cui puliscono la camera ogni 3 giorni( io stavo 4 giorni!?!). ”
