The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. “As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. ”

“Perfect, cosy and good location ”

“We loved our stay at the Canal Cottages. Our cottage was a detached studio room with its own private bathroom. The cottages do sit behind the main establishment. You can get an uber or bolt from this location if you would like to go explore the area around you or need to head back to the airport like we did. We took an uber to Windsor Castle from the cottages and it was about 25 minutes away from the cottages. Public transportation available but it is about a 15 minute to 20 minute walk...
