For the adventurous, this home is about a mile from College Cove Beach and College Cove Falls, less than three miles from Luffenholtz and Moonstone Beach, and about six miles from Patricks Point State Park. And if you want to hike the scenic trails of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, you're just a little over 25 miles away.
