“Room was very clean and staff did a great job keeping us family all together while we had a family reunion. Typical breakfast. Area was clean and stocked. Hotel was under reconstruction”

“Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!”

“The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The property was very clean. The first room we were given, the lights next to the bed did not work and since it was after 5p the issue could not be resolved. They offered another room but didn’t have a king and I told them double beds was not acceptable. The front desk clerk upgraded us at no additional cost to a suite with a king bed. Not really suite simply a larger room, but they didn’t charge us anymore so I was fine with it. The new room,...

“I really enjoyed my stay, the property was clean, conveniently located, and had a nice pool. Breakfast was great, good hot biscuits with choice of meat and cheese. The bed was very comfortable and the room had good temperature control as well as a fan to drown out noise. I will stay here again next time I am in Huntsville.”

Absolutely not: I didn’t expect fine accommodations but the conditions of this room for the property rating was completely unfit. ”
