“It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. ”

“Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!”

“Very nice stay in a newly build house in a very nice quite neighbourhood. In the middle of the olive Trees. Modern furnished house with all you need. With airconditioning for the hot days. Very nice owner/host , very helpful , And speaking good English. We can higly recommend this house for a nice stay in the flower Reviera of Italy. Robert and family Very ”

“Bellissima esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (4 adulti e 3 bambine piccole) per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprietario estremamente gentile di disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza; casa molto ben organizzata e in ottima posizione. La villa è affacciato sul mare ed è dotata di tutti i confort, piscina splendida e ben curata. Forse sarebbe utile menzionare che la strada per arrivare alla villa ha una pendenza superiore al 40%! Noi avevamo...

“Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again.”

“La casa è definita di lusso ma di lussuoso non ha assolutamente nulla. L’unica cosa veritiera e bella è il panorama. Per il resto la casa è molto trascurata. Abbiamo trovato sedie del giardino arrugginite, cuscini copri lettini strappati e rotti, muri interni scrostati per la muffa e le infiltrazioni d’acqua, letti piccoli e materassi sfondati per non parlare dell’assenza totale di pulizia accurata della casa. Inoltre la pavimentazione attorno alla piscina è assolutamente inappropriata poiché...
