Domaine Caluma - Quattro Camere da Letto Villa, Ospiti Massimo 8

Located on Martinique's Caribbean coast in the commune of Les Trois Ilets, Le Domaine can accommodate a family of 8.
Recently renovated, it comprises a 3-bedroom villa and a bungalow below the pool.

Access to the estate is via a secure gate that conceals parking for 2 vehicles.
The villa can accommodate 6 people with its two air-conditioned suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is only accessible from the deck.
The large living room can accommodate all members to enjoy the smart Tv and aperitifs prepared with care in the fully equipped kitchen next door.
To reach the first floor, simply take the stairs to the bedroom and independent bathroom. This third bedroom is also air-conditioned and has a large double bed.

To access the bungalow, you'll have to pass through the Terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture around the pool. Here you'll find a relaxation area and a dining area. A small path lined with Japanese steps leads to the bungalow.
This studio, with its independent entrance, is totally self-contained. It features an air-conditioned room with a double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a functional kitchenette.
From the Deck, you can enjoy the same view of the golf course and the sea as from the villa.

Les Trois Ilets is one of the island's liveliest towns, and the villa is ideally located for all amenities close at hand:
- A boulangerie pâtisserie "La Guérande" is 5 km away, where you can buy your bread and pastries from 6 a.m. onwards.
- The Caraibe Price supermarket is 5 km away.
- Club nautique des Trois ilets 700 m away
- Golf de l'espérance, 2 km away, for golf and tennis. Lessons are also available for children.
- from a cultural point of view, you'll find the Vatable forest, La Savane des esclaves and La Maison de la canne around 10 km away.
- And for even more choice, head for the Pointe du bout, 3 km away, where you'll find restaurants (L'Annexe, Havana Café), ice cream parlors (Coco Bello), boutiques (clothing, shoes, souvenirs) and water sports.

To reach Fort-de France in the center of the island, you can take the shuttle bus from pointe du bout or anse Mitan.
TRAVEL TIME: 25 minutes.

At the airport exit, take the direction SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight on. After about 12 kilometres, take the TROIS-ILETS exit.

Continue straight on for 5.3 kilometres (watch out for the fixed radar). At the first roundabout, go straight on. At the second roundabout, take the first exit towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Drive through the village of Les Trois Îlets to the next roundabout. At the roundabout, continue straight on. You will drive along the golf course which is on your right.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards POINTE DU BOUT. After 1.5 kilometres, before the next roundabout, you turn right and there is a sign indicating "Base Nautique". Follow this sign until you come to an intersection where you will find a basketball court in front of you.
Turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach the entrance to the residence "Les Wallon 2".
At this point, turn right and the villa is at number 13 (indicated on the letterbox).
