### The Space

Welcome to your modern and central home base for exploring the island. This clean, functional apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience.

Your bedroom offers a restful retreat with a comfortable bed and a dedicated desk, creating the perfect workspace with 1GB WI-FI7 internet should you need it. The main living area features a cozy sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day out.

The sleek, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring an integrated oven, microwave, and cooktop. The stylish bathroom includes a modern corner shower to help you refresh and unwind.

### The Neighborhood

Situated in a central location, you`ll have easy access to whatever you need. The immediate area offers a variety of local shops, just a short walk away, allowing you to live like a local. You can also walk just 2 minutes to get to a good lookout spot for aurora borealis

### Getting Around

Getting around the island is incredibly simple from here. The main bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from your door, providing convenient connections to explore the entire island.

Shared Areas

You’ll have access to two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, and two living rooms shared with other guests.
Both kitchens include everything you need to cook – please wash up and tidy after yourself when finished.

On the ground floor, there is a refrigerator and a fridge-freezer, and on the second floor, a fridge-freezer.

Rooms 1–6 have space in the fridge on the ground floor.

Rooms 7–9 have space in the fridge on the second floor.

Each guest has their own labeled shelf in the fridge.
You are welcome to use any kitchen or bathroom you prefer.
Please keep the bathrooms clean and tidy after use.

- Ikke ta andres mat eller personlige eiendeler.

Bad og hygiene
- Alle bad er felles – hold dem rene og luft godt ut etter bruk.
- Ta med egne toalettsaker (om ikke annet er avtalt).
- Kast ikke papir eller annet i toalettet utover toalettpapir.

Sikkerhet
- Lås døren når du forlater huset.
- Ikke la uvedkommende komme inn.
- Bruk elektriske apparater og stekeovn forsvarlig.
- Ikke gå inn i andre soverom enn den du har leid.

Annet
- Vertskapet bor ikke nødvendigvis på eiendommen, men er tilgjengelig ved behov.
- Vi forbeholder oss retten til å be gjester forlate stedet ved alvorlige brudd på husreglene.
