Gradevole e funzionale per vacanza artica.
Posizionamento molto apprezzato che ha facilitato le partenze per le escursioni. Molto pulito e silenzioso. Colazione ricca ma con posti a tavola limitati. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Unica pecca le camere molto piccole ed i bagni essenziali. Giudizio complessivo sicuramente favorevole anche in relazione al costo.

Due giorni a Tromso e dintorni
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel; posizione perfetta in centro a Tromso, l'unico problema è la mancanza di parcheggio gratuito per cui è necessario portare la macchina in un parcheggio di una altro hotel, a pagamento. Ottima colazione, bella camera anche se un po' piccola. Dovevamo avere la vista sulla città ma in realtà la finestra dava su due edifici sul retro..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The bathroom is pretty small and could use a little updating.

An ok hotel. Asked for a recommendation for seeing the northern lights and this girl at recepton sent me to a local park / lake. She said it was only a 25 minute walk. She forgot to mention that it up a very steep hill for most of that time which makes it an hour walk. And due to the ice it was extremely slippery doing that walk. I ended up slipping over and hurting my back. I then found out the next day the lights were visible from the hill where the cable car takes you Don’t take this recommendation if you aren’t fit. The breakfast was good and the guy that check me in was lovely. The beds were extremely hard, like sleeping on a brick. A very good shower. Overall ok but I left disappointed due to bad advice from a staff member.

Great, well run hotel. Rooms are clean. If you like space, you might find the rooms compact, particularly the bathroom. However, if your room is a pace to rest and keep clean, then it's absolutely fine. The breakfast buffet is excellent. A wide range of foods and plenty of it. They also provide free tea and coffee through the day, with biscuits and also waffles in the evening. I booked my whale watching and northern light excursions with reception, and they were able to advise well. The hotel is an economical option, and does a great job. I'd stay there again.

Hotel gem in central Tromsø
Delightful property employing cheerful, knowledgable staff. Rooms are compact; think space efficient, not grand luxury. A hot water pot is provided. No fridge, safe, closed clothing closet or even hooks to hang coats on the wall. No bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, or cream provided. Just a serviceable foam soap pump at the sink and in the shower. A desk, chair and tv are provided; lighting is minimal, but sufficient. Breakfast buffet is surprisingly robust with many choices of good quality food. Evening self made Scandinavian pancakes with syrup, berry jams, goid coffee and teas is a delightful touch. 7-9pm daily. Bonus: literally across the street from bus #42 which runs 16 minutes to the airport for a few krone. Better than a taxi, Uber, or airport shuttle. Enjoy!

Havde fået et hjørne værelse og der var koldt selvom alle varmeapparatet var på max. Det var kun minus 14 så det burde have været bedre. Løse ledninger flere steder. Vil vælge et andet sted næste gang jeg er i Tromsø

Buen hotel
Es un hotel que está bien ubicado, en el centro de Tromsø, los recepcionistas son amables, el desayuno es suficiente, la limpieza cumple los estándares, la habitación familiar muy pequeña para una familia de 4, la litera poco cómoda, pero tiene ascensor y eso es una ventaja. En general es un buen hotel.
