The hotel is near everything in the city. The room are small but confortable. The maid forgot to replace the glasses, the mugs and the coffee and didn't clean well the room.

SICURAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE
Hotel molto carino, in centro. La camera piccola ma pulita, non mancava nulla! Letto molto comodo. Colazione strepitosa varia abbondante e di qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo per un soggiorno anche di qualche giorno. Se torniamo a Tromso sicuramente torniamo al Thon Hotel Polar.

Hotel in centro a due passi dal porto e dalle principali attrazioni. ottima la colazione con molta scelta di qualità, è presente nel salato anche pesce vario tipo salmone. le camere sono un po' piccole ma c'è tutto al posto giusto. a noi mancava l aeratore del rubinetto e quando si apriva l acqua schizzava

hotel in posizione centrale , comodo per visitare la città . Ottima pulizia, personale gentile, e colazione fantastica. Unica nota negativa, a noi è stata assegnata una camera che si affacciava all'interno la cui facciata è davvero trascurata, però questo è l'ultimo dei problemi, perché la cosa davvero importante è che fosse ampia e pulita, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Semplicemente Perfetto
A parte la camera super pulita e super adeguata alle nostre esigenze, a parte la colazione a buffet da trionfo dei sapori, a parte la posizione veramente vicina a tutte le attrazioni di Tromso, a parte la hall accogliente con bevande calde a disposizione, a fare veramente la differenza in senso positivo di questo albergo rispetto alle centinaia in cui sono stato, è la gentilezza, la professionalità e la dedizione al cliente da parte di tutto il personale dell’albergo, su tutti, gli addetti alla reception veramente fantastici.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was super convenient. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Our only issue was that the room was not always restocked with cups and such. And there was a couple days that we didn't have the cleaning crew didn't come in and do the whole turnover. But, overall the hotel was clean and we would stay there again!

The staff was great! Easy check in and out. Facilities were amazing! The hotel was in close proximity to most every point of tour meeting point.

Nice large room with space to put our clothes. It was nice to have a safe. The large light by the door was not working when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon so I reported it to reception. The room was obviously not checked properly beforehand to check everything was working and correct. On the Monday we had the do not disturb sign on the door as was not well. Tuesday maintenance said they had fixed it but it still was not working. I was not sure why maintenance lied about fixing the light when they didn’t. Wednesday it was fixed but only went on if the light by the bed was switched on. We put the towels in the correct place on Tuesday to be changed and they never got replaced so I had to ask reception to change them. Thursday a pillowcase was left on the settee and no clean one put on the pillow that was left on the floor. The bathroom was set at 30 degrees which was very uncomfortable. The only place to plug the kettle in was either crawling on the floor to the plug under the table or balancing the kettle on the round pouffe by the bed. A health and safety hazard. I had to ask for more hangers as there were only 7. We were there for a week. The road noise was very loud 24/7 as the windows do not lessen any noise plus the cars have the winter tyres on which are louder anyway. Had to wear ear plugs but still got woken up every night by the noise. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

Sehr gute Lage, alles was mir wichtig war, befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (das wusste ich aber, deshalb habe ich ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht). Sehr ruhig obwohl zentral gelegen. Wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Falls ich irgendwann wieder Tromsø besuche, werde ich wieder Gast in diesem Hotel sein. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter!

Our stay here was lovely! The breakfast was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very professional. The room we had was clean and the location was very walkable. We were able to walk from the pier where our bus dropped us off with our luggage to the hotel with no problems. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property was exactly what I needed for my stay in Tromsø. It was clean, simple, and had breakfast included, which had a lot of options and was good. Very convenient location, walking distance to all places in city centre. Overall great stay!
