Incredibile casa 3 camere da letto situata su un privato, 1 1/4 acri di proprietà paesaggistico. Sarebbe immorale non condividere questa incredibile fetta di paradiso con il mondo. Situata sul Lago Arenal con vista sul lago e sul vulcano, questa casa è circondata dalla vita rigogliosa della foresta pluviale del Costa Rica. Avrai privacy dietro le porte di una bella comunità di vacanze con sicurezza live 24 ore al giorno. Inoltre, anche se l'acqua è fornita dall'acqua potabile e potabile della città, la casa ha un sistema di filtraggio dell'acqua aggiuntivo. Beautiful home and location, great views

This house was really a gem, well equipped and surrounded by nature. Just be SURE to rent a 4WD vehicle, as there are many steep and winding dirt roads to access the property with huge potholes and ruts. We knew about this area but if you have never been there be prepared for an off-road experience. Lots of birds and beauty make the effort worthwhile. Friendly and helpful caretakers. We had a lovely time:)

Stunning!

What an amazing property and community. Beyond relaxing, breathtaking views, and Bev (seems to be the Mayor of the Vistas ) is just fantastic. We didn’t get in until very late, beyond our projected time, and she still ensured our check-in was smooth and seamless. She can provide great recommendations too, if anything is needed. Such a wonderful find!! Thank you Bev and the community that seems like family.

Feels Like Home – Cozy, Clean, and Beautiful!

This house was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, it felt like visiting a favorite aunt’s home—warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was fantastic, with everything stocked—plenty of pots and pans, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, games, blankets for the couch, and even a TV with all the streaming apps ready to go.The property itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, adding to the overall charm of the stay. Be aware that a small part of the road to get there is a bit bumpy, but it’s well worth it once you arrive. Spectacular!This was easily one of my favorite VRBO stays. The property manager was top-notch—responsive, helpful, and truly A1. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed getaway.

Beautifully remote

Vistas Del Lago is a great community with an amazing view of Lake Arenal and the mountain. The house was as presented on line, nice accommodation for 6, though there were only 4 of us. Our only issues resulted from late season rain and storms -- unreliable internet and washed out roads/landslides.

Vistas properties are beautiful

The road leading to the property is very rough and would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle. But the property is well worth the drive. Bev, the manager, was delightful and did everything possible to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The Casa and the grounds were beautiful with amazing views and lots of wildlife. We met some of the residents and other guests at the clubhouse and they were all friendly and very welcoming. We highly recommend the clubhouse breakfasts that are available a few times a week. Super delicious and a great opportunity to chat with others about the Arenal area. We hope to be back again soon!

Everything at this property was wonderful. I traveled here with my husband and two little kids and we had three bedrooms to spread out and sleep well, and the house had everything we needed-- towels, extra bedding, and everything in the kitchen to cook our own food if we didn't feel like venturing out. The property is lovely, the views are breathtaking, and Bev and her staff are incredibly kind and helpful. This part of Costa Rica has very tricky dirt roads, so that's my only complaint, but it's not the fault of the property! Just be sure to do your shopping or go out to eat BEFORE you venture up the hill to the house.

Beautiful panoramic views

The house at Vistas del Lago is beautiful. It is roomy, spacious and very well equipped to hold the six of us. The views out the balcony were stunning with birds and flowers all around. One must have a good SUV vehicle to get in and out of the community and to be able to explore the lake, the Cloud Forest and everything else around. Potholes abound so be sure to give yourselves time to get places. This is a very special place - well worth the stay. Thank you Brad and Bev, your hospitality and kindness were appreciated.

Great views of lake and volcano

Great views, beautiful house ! This is a gated expat community. If you want the feel of authentic Costa Rica, maybe this isn't for you. It's a bit far away from most tourist activities, it is in close proximity of Tronadora by rough gravel road. The house and property was very nice with a friendly little community. There was a couple issues with our house. The toilet paper wasn't stocked, and the alarm had a code in it so it kept beeping through the night and we had to keep getting up to clear it. This seemed to resolve itself on its own in a couple days. The host was great and very helpfull when we needed anything. Overall a nice place to stay, but we might choose a different area next time.

Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous place! The home was spacious and welcoming, the neighborhood is friendly, safe, and fun. Taking in the the colorful and constantly changing view was just fantastic. We will be back to Vistas!

Million Dollar View…and Community

Our family has rented many homes over the years and this was the best. It all starts with the developers Brad and Bev who had a vision of privacy, security, and nature. They could have built 4 times the number of homes in the community but decided that everyone should have their own space. You are not alone though. The community also has a shared centre where you can swim, workout and have a meal with other members of the community. The land Brad and Bev selected to build on is absolutely stunning. We woke up in the morning to one of the best views we have ever seen. A lush garden, lake and volcano are right outside the house. The view is also filled with a wide range of birds. I can’t tell you how many times we just looked out with a pair of binoculars to see what the sky would bring. Monkeys and toucans have made Vistas Del Lago their home as well. The house has everything you need for a family. It has 3 good-sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen has what you need if you decide you want to stay in and enjoy the views. The shower was even better than expected. Having our own washer and dryer is a huge plus. A fresh coat of paint would make a world of difference. There is a true community vibe. Residents and guests are all very nice and made us feel welcome. One of the community members offered to bring us to pickleball. When I said I didn’t have shoes or a racquet he followed up by saying it wasn’t a problem and would ask around to some friends for extra equipment. Other people in the community were also very helpful when it came to our questions on restaurants or activities. You are sure to make friends at Vistas Del Lago. Most of the activities are in La Fortuna which is about 1.5 hours away. Just keep that in mind when you are planning your vacation. Winding roads and steep hills are everywhere in the area. You do get used to it after a few days. A 4x4 is highly reccommended. Be sure to get a massage from Carolina. We have only had a few in our lives but she is the best and is surprisingly very affordable. Brad and Bev have built something very special here. I don’t think you will find its equal in Costa Rica. Vistas Del Lago has the unique ability to please both those who are looking for privacy and those who want to be with other people. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Brad and Bev who made this vacation one we will never forget. We are already planning on when we can return to Vistas Del Lago!

Wonderful Lush Location

We had an amazing stay at this location. The views were fantastic and the space was laid out really well. The master had what we called a sitting shower vs regular, but we had guessed as much from the pictures. The breakfast that was available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays was very good and a great way to start the day. We saw so many hummingbirds we lost count and were visited by toucans as well right in the yard! It is conveniently located from the airport and easily accessible; however, if you plan to explore the area towards Monte Verde I would recommend 4-wheel drive or at least a vehicle higher off the ground with good traction (not necessary unless you are going to that area as the house itself is perfectly accessible). Bev was super friendly, helpful, and accessible for any needs we might have. There are a couple of little towns near with excellent little restaurants and a grocery store available. We highly recommend this location!!

Picturesque Setting

Beautiful sunrises overlooking the lake and volcano. A few rainbows over the lake as well. Everyone of the people we met were friendly. Very comfortable setting.

Family trip

The manager, Bev, greeted with a warm smile and that set the tone for our experience! She was always so helpful and kind. The house is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We have rented a lot of homes when traveling, but there are few that really give you that comfortable homey feeling. This one does that. Everything was there that we needed. If we were to come back to this area, we would definitely stay at this house.

Fantastic property

What lovely views! The house was great with incredible views. The only negative was the distance from La Fortuna. Most of the activities we wanted to do were in La Fortuna so driving 1 1/2-2 hours was a negative. Can't beat the views though.

Amazing stay in the Arenal area

We spent 3 days with our family in this must see, secluded location with amazing views, perfect to enjoy the authentic Pura Vida and all of its attractions. The house is very clean and spacious; the kitchen is well equipped. We mostly ate out, did enjoyed great breakfast at the club house for couple of days. You can’t beat the beauty and serenity of this place, with the only caveat, I didn’t realize it’s a little far from Arenal (about 90 min drive - amazing scenery). If there was one thing I would change, I would have stayed for a little bit longer so we could explore more at our own pace and really immerse, in no rush. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Lago Arenal - Get Away

The home is Vista del Lago is really nice. The garden and general environment is beautiful and well maintained. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the gym at the activity center. All of the features represented in the listing were present. A couple of - not negative - but aclarative comments. The BBQ is a wood style old school BBQ. Bev was great to bring charcoal, but be prepared for a little work. And, the tub/shower in the Master Bath -- let's just say took some getting used to -- kind of funky with the handheld being the only method of use. Relegates the entire family for a traditional shower to one bathroom. Bev is a kind and engaged host. The views are wonderful!!
