“ Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte. La struttura è bella, pulita e in un'ottima posizione rispetto al centro della città. La colazione invece assolutamente NON ADEGUATA al prezzo. Ci sono cereali e un piatto di frutta fresca. Se vuoi uova o yogurt devi pagare a parte. Pessima soluzione, visto il costo della struttura. Adriana”

“Camera pulita. Personale non presente al check-in (orario 21:00). Abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi un numero telefonico, mentre sarebbe stato opportuno ricevere automaticamente una mail col codice di accesso. Parcheggio disponibile e gratuito. Colazione buona (non ottima).”

“Sinceramente non ci siamo trovati bene. All’arrivo una delle 2 camere non era quella concordata nella prenotazione: più piccola, con un televisore più piccolo ma soprattutto con un letto di dimensioni piccole per un uomo di altezza normale come mio marito che la prima notte ha dormito con i piedi fuori dal letto. Anche il servizio non era sicuramente da 4 stelle: in entrambe le camere mancavano asciugamani, shampoo e gel doccia (che erano assicurati nella prenotazione) e c’era parecchia polvere....

“Clean basic room did what it said on the tin and what we needed it for. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good pub grub.”

“There is no breakfast the photos on Expedia are deceiving as they show cooked breakfast. There is no cutlery or crockery if you order food etc. There is no shower gel or shampoo as per normal for most properties The toilet in room 1 didn’t always flush as the cistern only intermittently refilled. I don’t like the replies the owner gives to reviews that are negative - a little bit insulting and defensive rather than acknowledging issues. It was easy to check in and clean and tidy.”

“The room was far too hot. There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!”
