“Abbiamo soggiornato al The King Arms solo una notte. La camera era spaziosa e fornita di tutti i comfort. Quello che ci ha colpito e soddisfatto maggiormente è stato il servizio del ristorante e della colazione al mattino. Personale gentilissimo ed attento a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti.”

“The room was clean and the shower worked well (although personal preference I wasn't a fan of the shower curtain!). They provided a fan in the room which was needed with the heat. All the staff were lovely and they even carried our big suitcase up the stairs for us! Enjoyed are stay and located in a wonderful location.”

Nella camera correvano tubi bollenti che facevano da termosifone. Alle rimostranze di mia moglie alla cameriera l’unica risposta è stata: lo sappiamo (!). Ho chiesto del direttore il quale nonostante il mio stentato inglese si è guardato bene dal dirmi che era italiano. È venuto nella stanza e non ha potuto che...

“Tutto stupendo: Siamo state accolte da personale super gentile che ha reso la permanenza un vero piacere. La colazione ottima, con una buona varietà e una qualità dei prodotti ottima. La camera ampia e curata nei dettagli, con acqua, bibite, tisane e snack a disposizione. Il bagno davvero grande, con vasca e doccia separate e tutti gli accessori di cui si può aver bisogno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Che dire davvero un soggiorno stupendo!! Unica cosa che aggiungerei...

“Unfortunately while this property is lovely the stay was very inconvenient and I wish I’d stayed in a hotel instead. Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. Check in is at 3pm and, unlike a hotel, there was nowhere in the property to leave luggage. Check out was ludicrously early at 10am so I had to take my luggage with me then. They do allow early check in and late check out - but charge for every...

“Our stay was very disappointing despite the attractive grounds. Check in told us nothing. Room was not serviced and had a constant buzzing from somewhere. No breakfast chef on second morning so no cooked breakfast. Cold buffet extremely basic. Restaurant not open either night so had to eat out. Felt empty of guests so bar very uninviting.Didn't discover lounge until second day and then water damaged ceiling and a filthy carpet.”

“Hotel con posizione bellissima, e molto pulito ed elegante. Non mi è piaciuto che alla fine ci abbiano fatto pagare un prezzo esagerato per meno di 24 ore di parcheggio, e per delle spese di reception che non ho trovato ne chiare ne giuste.”
