“The front desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was ok but the air conditioner was very loud and the tv was broken. I reported it when we checked out because we didn’t want to move to another room. We skipped breakfast and just had coffee.”

“We stayed in an accessible room. The carpet was very shabby and had large stains. The shower curtain did not contain the water when one took a shower and the floor was covered in water. Staff claimed that it couldn't be helped because of wheel chair access. This room, did not have wheelchair access, just the grab bars around the tub!”

I did not realize it was the only rack. He was very upset and told me to if I ever come back to NEVER do that again. There is a right way and a wrong way to address an issue. He did not ask me how was my stay or thank for for staying. He was very unprofessional and I left there in tears. I kept apologizing but...
