“The room was spotlessly clean and also cozy, with real armchairs to sit in and lamps to read by. The bathroom was small, but well stocked with soaps, towels, hairdryer, etc. We loved all of the art outside and want to come back when it's less snowy, so we can see more of it. The person at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. And we slept wonderfully. ”

“Yes, the breakfast was fresh, and healthful, which I appreciated...I stayed overnight in January 2026 with frigid temperatures and the Willows heat system kept the room warm and comfortable...I would recommend The Willows to anyone needing to stop overnight in the North Adams/Williamstown MA area...it is convenient and comfortable....
