“Nice room, loved the king size bed, free wifi.”

“I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice while traveling this last week. The first time there was an issue with the cleanliness of the room and had to be switched to another. The room we had last night was in need of some general maintenance. There was a missing drawer front, a broken drawer, extremely loose toilet seat, and a shower that needed caulking. We often stay at a Holiday Inn Express and this one misses the mark.”

“One of the worst stays I’ve had anywhere in a while. My room was on the first floor next to the on set of doors that the lock was broken on which allowed anyone to walk in. ”

“Micheal was amazing! He was super busy and super friendly and accommodating! He needs a raise! ”

“The room was clean, but the recliner chair in the was disgusting. It was so dirty that neither of would sit in it. The ladies at the registration desk both evening and morning were very friendly and helpful”

“Comfortabke beds, clean, adequate breakfast, convenient to pottery conference. Hair dryer and coffee pot in room not functional.²”

“Room smelled of smoke and the first night that we were there, all we could smell was marijuana. The sink in the room did not drain. The stopper was in the lock down position and when we removed it, the drain was blocked with a screw in it. The shower curtain kept falling down as well.”
