The customer service was excellent and as good as anyone could ask for, especially Ms. THAO Hoàng, the customer service representative at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay and experience was extraordinary. The hotel is in excellent condition with a huge outdoor pool, as well as a Japanese style bath and gym. Plus, several restaurants attached to the property Would definitely stay here again.”

“15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. “Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”
