“Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you.”

“15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. Good size room. There is also an in-house "casino" not very crowded. For one night stay good option, even if a bit overpriced for the location”

“Very decent breakfast with 10 different options, helpful and polite staff, clean and quiet room, on the busy Van Gao road but away from the noise, plenty of restaurants and cafe around, will definitely come back, ideal for business stay ”

“두번 생각하지 말고 오세요. 하롱베이 가는거 예약 못하고 왔는데, 앞에서 다 도와주셔서 합당한 가격에 하롱베이 가는 차 예약도 도와주시고, 조식 9층에 있어서 불편하지 않게 푸짐하게 맛있게 먹었고, 방이랑 화장실 완전 너무너무 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 좋아요! 아! 처음에 들어갈때 계단보고 당황하지 마세요, 엄마가 최근에 무릎을 다쳐서 다리가 불편했는데, 옆 주차장 보면 안에 엘리베이터 있어요. 그거 타고 2층 누르면 로비에요!”

“The hotel itself is very clean and modern inside however we arrived at 9:30pm and were told the restaurant closed at 10pm. We checked in and went upstairs to the restaurant at 9:35pm and were told we were too late and there was no food, there is no food around the property so that was a bit unfortunate. As we had messaged ahead multiple times informing reception the time we were arriving it would have been kind to have left something for guests to have on arrival, even a banana… Be warned the...
