1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Martis Camp is a private community and amenities and gate access is not available to renters unless registered as a guest of an active member. When renting this home, you'll be asked to provide your Martis Camp member number or the name and member number of the owner sponsoring your visit. Gate coordination is your responsibility to set up with the member or gatehouse themselves.
3. A special Vacation Rental Agreement applies, check with a Tahoe Getaways agent for details
4. Parking for 4 vehicles (3 in the Summer months). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
5. The Primary Bedroom closet is not for renter use, but there is an armoire available.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
7. A/C is in the bedrooms and kitchen only.
