It appears as though there is some human error here. The front desk agent accidentally checked them into room 117 in the system, but gave them keys for 107, thus creating the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have talked to the agent about the situation and explained the importance of quality customer service at all times, especially after waking someone up in the middle of the night.
