This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes twin-over-full bunk beds and a desk.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, backyard access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub on site is reserved for owner use only and is not available for guests. Guests however, will have access to the HOA Communal hot tub

A hot tub service vendor will visit the property on site once per month during the 3rd week for routine maintenance. They will only access the backyard and will not enter the home. The visit is brief and should not disrupt your stay

• This home does not have A/C.

• This home is equipped with four (4) security cameras;

o (1) located outside the front of the home and actively monitoring the front yard

o (2) located outside the front of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located outside the front door and actively monitoring the entry, front porch, and front yard,

o (4) located inside the home at the entryway and actively monitoring the interior entry.

Tahoe Donner HOA Amenities – Guest Information



Guests have access to 6 Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant (STR) passes, which provide entry to select Tahoe Donner HOA amenities, including the Trout Creek Recreation Center (pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna), private beach access (summer only), and other HOA facilities.



Access Fees:

HOA amenities require a daily access fee, paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees vary by amenity, age, and season and are not included in your reservation. Full details can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.



2026 STR Tenant Card Blackout Dates



STR Tenant Card access to PRIVATE HOA amenities is unavailable on the following dates:

Jan 17–19 (MLK Day)

Feb 14–16 (Presidents’ Day)

May 23–25 (Memorial Day)

July 1–5 (July 4th)

Sept 5–7 (Labor Day)

Nov 26–29 (Thanksgiving)

Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year)



Important to Know:

STR Tenant Cards are NOT required for public Tahoe Donner amenities, even during blackout dates.

Guests are always welcome at public amenities at public rates.
