Splendido edificio storico vittoriano: raggiungi Downtown Truckee!

Questa casa con sette camere da letto e sei bagni e mezzo è stata costruita nel 1880 ed è ben tenuta e arredata con gusto. Ha subito una ristrutturazione di $ 1.000.000 alla fine degli anni '90. È un perfetto equilibrio tra decori del XIX secolo e arredi moderni che lo rendono uno spazio unico per una celebrazione. La nostra casa vittoriana a due piani può ospitare fino a 15 persone, ma è abbastanza spaziosa dentro e fuori per ospitare un incontro di 25 persone per un evento memorabile. Potrebbero essere applicati costi aggiuntivi per un incontro di oltre 15 persone.

Al piano superiore ci sono due suite con letti Cal King, una suite matrimoniale e una camera da letto Jack e Jill con una regina e due gemelli. Al piano inferiore c'è una suite Queen con bagno per disabili e una suite King. Inoltre c'è un futon full size nella sala TV / Media separata. La casa vanta tutti i nuovi materassi di alta qualità Sealy Posturepedic e lenzuola nuove.

Affacciato sul centro di Truckee, il Monte. Rose e il limpido e fresco fiume Truckee, la Richardson House si trova in posizione centrale tra stazioni sciistiche di classe mondiale, campi da golf e abbondanti attività di pesca e attività all'aperto. Non mancano le attività da svolgere mentre si sperimenta lo stile di vita Tahoe.

La posizione centrale di questo noleggio rende facile raggiungere a piedi caffetterie, boutique, musei, ristoranti e locali notturni.

All'interno della casa, la cucina dello chef professionale è ideale per intrattenere vantando due lavandini, un forno commerciale a sei fuochi con cappa e un abbondante spazio sul bancone.

Great Family Trip

This was a wonderful family vacation. My husband, myself and my 3 kids and their families. We had 8 adults and 5 children ages baby - 9 years old. The house is very historic and beautifully maintained. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was great, lots of accessories and room for multiple people to be preparing food etc. The living room/dining room were great for gathering and everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.It was nice to be right by town, we could go in the morning and get coffee or fill leisure time just walking around. The food trucks and music on Thursday evening in town was fantastic.Great communication with the host, she was very helpful with some suggestions for places to go.We would definitely stay here again if we come back for another family reunion.

The property was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. There are multiple bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. I would definitely rent this property again.

2024 Summer Get Away

This is our second year in this house and the 8 of us completely and totally love these accommodations. We will return for a third year and a fourth and a fifth. It’s perfect for a small business meeting like ours. The gazebo is our night time gathering spot. The Weber BBQ fit our needs and the kitchen is so well equipped we could feed a crowd.

Historic Truckee Home provides Wonderful Ambiance for the Best Family Reunion so far!

This is a gorgeous property. The detail work, hardware finishes, and decor are of the Victorian era and magnificent. It is very well-appointed too. Luxury beds and bedding. The kitchen was a chef's dream and we were all able to work in there together to prepare dinners together. From the start, our communication with the property manager Jeannine was 5-stars. She followed up with every detail to make sure we were comfortable and offered us insider tips on how to best enjoy the Fourth of July weekend that we were there for. We were four nights and enjoyed having en suite bathrooms for every couple and the spacious dining and living areas were nice to share space. We did not use the parlor/game room or the gazebo outside too much. We were on the go during the days. It was sweet to sit on the beautiful front porch in the rocking chairs and chat over coffee in the mornings or the afternoons, with an adult beverage, and watch the town go by just below us. All in all a very special experience. Our family group of about 12 of us has rented multiple times every year or so to get together. Mostly in Rocky Mountain resort towns, but we loved the small town-friendly vibe of Truckee, and the beautiful home that we stayed in this time surpassed the other properties we have enjoyed in Colorado. We had a wonderful time. It was very special. Many thanks to Jeannie for her follow-up and care before and during our visit.

Beautiful Victorian

We loved our stay in truckee. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated, with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked for any cooking or baking needs! We made a carrot cake and cupcakes for my daughters wedding. The location is ideal for a quick walk down the street to downtown truckee. Thank you Jeannine for a wonderful, memorable stay.

Way better than the pictures show!

This Victorian has been completely remodeled and updated with all of the charm preserved for a step back in time. There is ample room for everyone to gather together, including a large dining room table for truly special meals with family and friends. The bedrooms are comfortable and unique in their own way and allow privacy when wanted. The proximity to Truckee is an added bonus. We unreservedly recommend this beautiful home.

Great place to stay in Truckee

Second time/second year in a row that we stayed at this property for President's Day weekend. The Richardson House is amazing in. Property was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and seems to have brand new state of the art appliances (I do not remember if they were the same last year, but I have they impression they are brand new). Great for large groups of families, plenty of space for everyone. Very close to Truckee center (accessible by foot). Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Richardson house. The place was spacious and had everything we needed — kitchen was very modern and had all well equipped, hot tub was great, rooms were clean, etc. The check in process was seamless , and Jeannine was responsive and helpful for anything we needed. 10/10 recommend and would come back.

Walk thru history with modern amenities!

My friends and I had a great weekend staying in this awesome mountain Victorian! Pictures do not do justice to how cool this house is! Spacious, and perfectly decorated, with 9ft doors and 14ft ceilings! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable stay. Jeannine, the host, was communicative and checked in just the right amount. She knows the Truckee area very well, and even set us up with a private masseuse! Location is perfect, walking distance to the Truckee historical down town. We will be coming back! Thx!

Beautiful Home - Best Location in Truckee

Wow, do yourself a favor and book this home. An IMMACULATE historic home built in 1887, a block away from downtown Truckee. You are a 1 minute walk to the best coffee shop and restaurants the town has to offer. The home itself was even more impressive in person than on the listing. The home is in near-perfect condition with numerous original accents from the 1800's. The wood paneling in the entry way / up the staircase is all original and of incredible craftsmanship. There is a massive dining table that allows large groups to congregate for meals. An amazing outdoor space includes a fantastic 4-person hot tub and a covered gazebo. The front porch has 4 rocking chairs and overlooks downtown. The home has a very warm energy and we all felt comfortable and welcome. Jeannine was incredibly helpful with the check-in process and any other questions we had. Her husband, Bob, stopped by at check-in and was extremely friendly and warm. We had a large group of 13-14 people and this is the only home I found that doesn't break than bank yet comfortably supports such a large group. This is probably the most positive home rental experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful house with a lot of character in an ideal location

This is a historic mansion from the late 1800's, beautifully refurbished with modern amenities, while retaining character and charm from both the house as well as its furnishings and decorations (lots of historical photographs!). The kitchen is perhaps the best stocked (in terms of cookware, appliances, etc.) of any I've seen on VRBO. Every bedroom has a bathroom. There's a nice outdoor hot tub. Good WiFi. The location is 20 minutes from world class skiing. And, 1 block from downtown Truckee, for non-skiers and apres ski. Jeannine was an ideal host. Professional, punctual, communicative. If you have a big group, who like to cook, but also ski and explore a cute small town downtown, this is an ideal spot.
