LIVING AREAS

Upstairs is the living room, with a 42in Vizio flat-screen TV overlooking a leather sofa and two comfy armchairs.

Up another flight of stairs, you'll find a loft with an office area, twin daybed, Xbox system, and DVD player -- let the kids hang out in their own space!

KITCHEN & DINING

There's bar seating for two at the generous kitchen, where you'll find slate floors and stainless steel appliances including a double oven and gas stove combo. A wood stove in one corner offers crackling comfort and adds to the rustic mountain feel.

Adjacent is the dining room, where a long wooden table seats eight under wooden vaulted ceilings.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This three-story home sleeps up to seven guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is also on this level, with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom offering a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed. Sweet dreams await on a California king bed in the third bedroom! Freshen up in the second bath, equipped with a walk-in shower and a wall heater to keep you toasty on chilly nights.

Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Enjoy incredible amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. You'll also enjoy a plethora of fantastic public amenities. Discover the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. 2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
