Conveniently equipped and beautifully decorated with recent remodel, this mountain condo that is part of the Northstar Resort provides a fantastic spot to experience the best of Truckee! This two-story abode is located so close to skiing and hiking opportunities. The slopes of the Northstar California Resort are a short, free shuttle ride away, while the Northstar Golf Course is within two miles. Historic Downtown Truckee and Visitor Center are eight miles away from home. The ambient fireplace adds an unbeatable element of relaxation.

This secluded condo is bright and warm and is everything you could need for a relaxing escape. The interior has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room provides a wonderful spot to unwind with your loved ones with comfortable new sectional sofa bed and a large smart TV with streaming services you can use by logging into your own accounts. There is a convenient desk for remote workers and students. The kitchen is complete with everything you could want for preparing tasty homemade meals and treats, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-ups. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have new furniture and feature a room with a new king size mattress and the second bedroom with extra long twin beds.

When it comes to outdoor spaces, this condo features a first-floor balcony and a second-floor balcony with a small dining table, both offering beautiful mountain and tree views.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
