You'll be nestled in the forest in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, only four miles from downtown Truckee, where you can do a little shop browsing or dining, or hang out for coffee with the locals at Coffeebar or Dark Horse. In the winter, head to the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski area, only three miles from you, or for a more challenging time on the slopes, head west 10 miles to Sugar Bowl, or east 13 miles to Northstar. In the summer, spend some time at Donner Lake for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, or swimming and lolling in the sun at the west-end beach.



The open-design living area is expansive and bright with vaulted, wood plank ceilings, and plentiful large windows. Bask in the warm profusion of sunshine filtering in and plan out your days with the help of the high-speed free WiFi, settle in to watch a show on the 65-inch flatscreen TV, or read a book while you warm up with the fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers lots of storage and counter space, as well as a dishwasher, so meal prep and clean-up is made easy. STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

May 23-25 (Memorial Day)

July 1-5 (July 4th)

Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)

Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
