The space
Opposite the front door is a lockable closet for storing your skis, boots, boards, and bikes.

Upon entry, there is a landing with a bench to store shoes and coats. Stairs lead up and down from here to the two levels of the home.

The cozy upstairs features a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room table with seating for six, a sectional sofa, and a smart TV. The gas fireplace is perfect for those cold winter evenings. Open the sliding glass door to the back patio, and enjoy the quiet view.

Downstairs, there’s a laundry room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Roku TV. There is also a desk with a view of the forest and mountain Bedroom 2 features two full size beds. Guests access the home via keypad, so there is no keeping track of keys.

The NPOA Rec Center is available for use (day use fees of $8 apply). The facilities include 2 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, full gym, arcade, 4 pickleball courts, tennis, bocce ball, playground, and sauna.

If you want to explore beyond the resort, Downtown Truckee is about a 10-15 minute drive as is King's Beach on Lake Tahoe.
