Perfectly remodeled to give you all of the comforts of home, Seclusion in Style offers an updated main suite, a beautiful gourmet kitchen, and a private hot tub on the back deck to really let you slip into vacation mode in no time. Before heading out for a full day of skiing or hiking, brew a cup of coffee and whip up a hearty breakfast on the gas range as the rest of the gang hangs out at the breakfast bar or adjacent dining table. If you want to have a bit of fun away from the mountain, this community boasts a shared pool, tennis courts, and fitness facility for you to enjoy. When it is time to settle down, free WiFi and multiple flatscreen TVs will provide plenty of entertainment and everyone can cozy up next to the wood stove with a mug of hot cocoa before hitting the hay!

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

For the price point, it suited our needs. Was bummed it didn’t provide foil, Saran wrap or ziplock bags and there were no beach towels. The carpets were pretty stained and it definitely needed some dusting. Besides all that, we had a great time. The house came with access to Donner Lake and a near by pool which was very fun for our family.

Lovely Stay

We had a nice stay and would recommend this house. The communication with the host representative was very good. We got to check in a bit early. We stayed mid-week to give some context. The house is in a neighborhood about a 7 minute drive to town. We chose it based on the affordability, number of stairs to get into the front door, and the number of beds. It was very quiet at night and felt secluded. It seemed like very few nearby houses were occupied, which added to the secluded, (nice) quiet feel. We had 7 people: adults-kids.There were games, movies, etc. supplied. The loft does have a low ceiling, as others noted- even for a 6 year old, but it wasn't a deal breaker- we were just careful and made it work. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook dinners for everyone. One funny thing was the vast number of light switches. I think there was one with a label, but the directions for the other light switches was in an email. I did not realize this until one of our last days. Also, the clubhouse with the pool was hard to find, but we didn't have time to use it anyways. The hot tub was nice at night.

Just ok, service from Vacasa not good

The house was ok but upon arrival hot tub was dirty and cold. 24 hours later roof started to leak in multiple spots. Customer care within Vacasa is not good, I would not rent from them again.
