“Absolutely great service with the front desk accommodating a couple requests for me. The valet guys were especially customer oriented, having my car ready in advance for each time I needed it. Plus, it’s a beautiful hotel, as you would expect from Fairmont.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! We picked this hotel because it was one of the few (if not only) hotels that had free self parking in downtown area, had a hot tub and pool, and free breakfast. This place ticked all the boxes. Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety, the hot tub was very hot, and the parking lot is gated for hotel guests and safe. “Wow, what an ideal location smack dab in the middle of everything: riverfront with barge and recreational boats plus steamboat activity, inclined plane going up and down the mountain, above ground subway, and trains passing regularly. Restaurants galore within walking distance. We strolled across the bridge to see even more restaurants and entertainment on the north shore of the city. “We really liked the pool and appreciated they stayed open the additional half and hour. The whole building was extremely clean and welcoming. We like the added security of the key in the elevator. The only problem we encountered was paying to park. We had no idea we would need the additional $70 to park for a 2 night stay. ”
