“Was very pleased with my stay. Staff was super nice, room clean, quiet, and located near lots of resturants. ”

“I arrived almost at midnight and needed $25 in cash for the room key deposit, which was returned at checkout. Luckily, I had cash with me. The room was clean.”

“Our room had ants in it. Told main desk and they said they’d get housekeeping to clean again while we were out for the day. Upon our return there still were ants in the bathroom and in the desk. Got an apology from the front desk.”

“Clean ”

“Overall we stayed for 3 nights..the pool is slightly small and the hot tub was out of service. We would still come back.. the room was spacious with separate sitting and drop off area. It’s an older hotel for sure but we enjoyed the area and parking was free. The room had a rust area in the tub-rm 322- and the AC was loud and no vent in the bathroom… but the spacious room was great with 2 TV’s. It’s California… in Pasadena… we were not in our rooms that much… it was enough for us! ”

“The room wasn’t as clean as expected. Cleaning staff missed cleaning our room 1 time. And when they did clean, the carpet was still dirty. Otherwise the staff was friendly with pool, bbq, laundry room, and free breakfast”

“Clean room with very nice staff. One thing could be improved for the bonus points is there should be free water provided for guest during check in. Breakfast was huge has good variety to choose from with chef made live!!”

“The room was great and staff was great but, we were told the pool was heated and spa was hot. Went to go swimming the night we were there and the pool was cold as well as the spa. Kind of a let down for as much as we spent to stay there. ”
