“Pretty basic hotel but very clean”

“Siamo stati in questo Hotel due volte durante il nostro soggiorno in Israele, 6 notti in totale. Lo abbiamo scelto perché era l'unico hotel nella zona, e avevamo bisogno di essere a Bayit Vagan. La prima volta, siamo arrivati prima della festa ed eravamo veramente in fretta. Il check-in è stato lento e il personale non era molto gentile. La camera era molto grande, ma il bagno minuscolo. “The hotel was quiet and the rooms were beautiful with a gorgeous outlook. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast made for us was really lovely! ”

“At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water! We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made. The staff need to have much better customer service. It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!”

Attualmente il ristorante non è in funzione (un peccato, perché rappresenta veramente un plus della struttura), quindi non è possibile partecipare alle cene con lo chef (tuttavia c'è una convenzione con un ristorante vicino per la cena, e ci sono ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi molto vicini, aperti anche nel weekend).
