customer care and communication could be improved. too many random policies and strict timing in a relaxation resort and a bit of hostile attitude of almost all staff except the reception team should be improved. the indoor pool was not that appealing for adults and yes you need slippers to walk around there inside. the outdoor pool and bar was pretty good. the actual water part advertised is quite a walk away and they need daily paperwork to let you in! it is a different business. there was certain issues with having wrist band on or off which was confusing. gym was top notch, and they are selling all sort slippers and swim gear and even alo vera there which was very helpful. Rooms are on the bigger side and bed are clean and comfortable. there was a hint of strong smoking in the hallway from other rooms although hotel was no-smoking. highly recommend to families but not honeymooners.

L’hotel è estremamente centrale e molto ben posizionato per visitare a piedi la città. Ha vicino anche un Carrefour aperto più o meno sempre abbastanza ben fornito. La stanza era comoda e pulita. Non lussuosa ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Avere una cuscinetta a disposizione può essere molto comodo. L’hotel offre comunque servizio in camera e una reception 24 Hours. Tutti molto gentili e attenti. Non rifanno la stanza ma chiedendo credo sia possibile avere anche questo servizio. Tengono le valigie se necessario. Esperienza ottima. Consigliato

Camera al 6 piano molto grande e confortevole molto silenziosa colazione buona

I booked and prepaid for three nights at Villa Delenda. Upon arrival, I was charged again for the full stay. The room, located in the attic and facing south, became unbearably hot (over 30°C) with no working air conditioning. When I asked the owner, she refused to turn it on, citing future cold weather, which was both irrelevant and inaccurate. A broken fan was provided, but it was not sufficient. The next day, I was told I could leave early and would be refunded for the two unused nights. I accepted, but the refund never came. The owner is now unreachable and has ignored both me and Expedia’s attempts to contact her. Expedia refunded their commission, acknowledging the issue, but the property never returned what was owed. Extremely disappointed by the dishonesty.
