Hotel vicino a Tsitsinatela -

“The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

“Everything from the room , pool, staff ,breakfast and food at the restaurants were fantastic.”

“Geweldig verblijf gehad in Roots Resort. Alles was prima. Heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamer. Personeel was erg behulpzaam.

“Nice cozy place to visit with kids”

“Food, drinks, people, it's great.”

“We spent two nights at the hotel. We had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The room was cozy and had a balcony overlooking the street. Antonina on reception was very friendly. Although people in Ureki don’t speak English much , we really enjoyed our stay.”

Volvería a alojarme.”

“Sehr gute Lage. ”

“The property is well located and easy to find. It is a bit run down. Breakfast was good but no more than that. If travellers are looking for an inexpensive but basic stay, it is okay.”

“The address given on Expedia lead us down a dirt road to an empty place. We could never get in contact with the location even calling multiple times and we could not find the location. Very disappointed with Expedia with not confirmling a physical location. We ended up staying somewhere else. ”

“1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate. 2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for. 3. Site manager calls someone else, I believe his son, latter tells me to cancel the Expedia resevation. Advised that it is already paid for on said platform. 4. Major rodent infestetion in the hut. Constant crawling between the roof and ceieling boards at night, sleeping is impossible. 5. Told site...
