“The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both! I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent.”

“Clean and spacious traditional style room. Toilet was somehow a bit too small though, not particularly comfortable to use. Basin (for hand washing after using toilet) was then on the other side of the room which was a bit inconvenient. Hot spring facilities were at a different building (much newer and modern) which were 2 mins walk away. That was a slight problem when it was raining heavily when we were there.
