“The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! “軽井沢駅から車でたっぷり３０分強の別荘地。 建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。 今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。 キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。 薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。 ２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。”

“7月の平日宿泊でした。ワーケーションも兼ねた宿泊滞在でしたが、コンパクトな室内ですが簡易キッチンの調理備品などが充実しており、買い込んでいった食材などを冷蔵庫にストックしながら料理が出来ました。wifi環境も良く快適に仕事ができる環境でした。早朝の日の出と浅間山の優雅なビューと静けさ含めて絶景、夏場の木々が生い茂り涼しい日中を過ごさせて頂きました、また機会があれば活用させて頂きます！”
