“施設はだいぶ古いですが、清潔で、清掃は行き届いている感じです。スタッフの対応は大変素晴らしくとても居心地は良いです。周りは山なので自然を満喫したい人には最高だと思います。是非また伺いたいと思います。”

“Our stay at Aburaya Tousen was a memorable experience. We arrived quite late but had no trouble finding the place. There are a few free parking lots around, which made things easy. Service stood out right from the start.. a staff member came out to greet us and helped carry our luggage from the gravel parking area. Check in was done while we were seated in a nice, modern lounge, with snacks and tea served. It felt very welcoming and thoughtful.
We went for a more traditional Japanese style...

“Friendly people. Too bad extra charges were charged for using the Onsen. The onsen was nice though. Traditional stay, that was still comfortable.
Bus stop right at the hotel.”

“The Onsen was wonderful and relaxing, staff were extremely friendly and provided services like a pickup/dropoff at the train station and a shuttle to the entrance to the Snow Monkey Park. There was also a great view of the town from our window on the 4th floor.”
