“They, the staff, exceeded my expectations . Courteous, helpful, kind and pleasant are words that I would use to describe them. Everyone greets you with a bow and civility, right down to the hardest workers in the hotel. For that, i will surely come back. My stay at the Prince Hotel East was worth every yen and then some.
