“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“The keypad you use to enter the premises needs to be explained better! We had several guests that couldn’t get into their room. We couldn’t get into the lodge or our room either. Breakfast was deleicious! Scenery was bar none! Stunning for sure.”

“The main guy in the office was great but the was Microtel was VERY outdated ! The breakfast was outdated also , not worth going for ! The whole place really needs ALOT of updating !”

“Loved location . Great restaurants, activities, and Convention Center: all within easy walk. Excellent parking. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Otherwise, very poorly maintained. Soap dispensers empty, bathroom exhaust fan hanging by wires, tv remote does not work.”

“This was one of my most memorable stays ever! This was a girls trip and all of us loved it, even those that arent "outdoorsy"! The staff was more than accommodating even to the point of starting a fire for us ahead of time so our tent would be warm when we came back from an excursion. The staff are available in the lobby for 24 hours. The tents do not have outlets but there are usb ports to charge your phones. There was no service in our tent but i did receive some service in the "lobby" tent....

“Really wish the beds were more comfortable, They are very very firm. Would be nice if they offered a king bed as well instead of just the queen bed. Breakfast was ok, could be better. Need to offer bacon more then they do, stayed for 2 nights and had sausage both mornings. Hotel is convenient to all attractions.”

“I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton.”
