“Friendly staff”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience”

“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“Room was a bit out dated. Beds were clean and ok. The girl at the front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. We did not stay for breakfast as we left early in the morning.”

“This was one of my most memorable stays ever! This was a girls trip and all of us loved it, even those that arent "outdoorsy"! The staff was more than accommodating even to the point of starting a fire for us ahead of time so our tent would be warm when we came back from an excursion. The staff are available in the lobby for 24 hours. The tents do not have outlets but there are usb ports to charge your phones. There was no service in our tent but i did receive some service in the "lobby" tent....

“We stayed 5 nights at Mill Springs and enjoyed very much.It was very clean and included everything we needed It is beautiful inside and out.It has great parking including lots of handicapped spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several condos but Mill Springs is definetly the best. I can't think of anything that I would change about it. It is just a great place and we definetly will stay again.”

“The main guy in the office was great but the was Microtel was VERY outdated ! The breakfast was outdated also , not worth going for ! The whole place really needs ALOT of updating !”

“I really liked this hotel. We were right in downtown Gatlinburg and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out was so easy and efficient. Will stay here again. We don’t have animals but it is very pet friendly.”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our suite with the jacuzzi. Very clean and the staff was very amazing. Definitely will book again there ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”
