In un quartiere molto tranquillo - 700 piedi quadrati, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, grande cassettone con specchio e TV a schermo piatto. Grande cabina armadio. Grande vasca da bagno con doccia e un lavandino, misura 6 piedi per 15 piedi. Cucina completa con tutti i nuovi comfort. Grande piano di lavoro con sgabelli da bar. Soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale estraibile imbottito. Camino e soffitti alti 12 piedi attraverso tutta la pensione. Grande nuovo Weber BBQ per il tuo uso. Delizioso portico posteriore privato tranquillo con tavolo e sedie per piacevoli e rilassanti cene all'aperto. La pensione è un edificio separato dalla casa principale.

Comfort home away from home

The guest house was perfect for our trip. We were very comfortable and felt relaxed during the holiday season. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed the quiet. Ginger is an awesome VRBO host and we would definitely stay there again.

Warm and Kind

I stayed a weekend at this cute property and Ginger was amazingly comforting. She and her partner have a quiet place that is cozy and quiet which was perfect. Little details such as the maps of things to do, a binder of nearby restaurants and grocery, even extra blankets and pillows in the closet in case needed were the little extra touch.

Weekend visit

This is the loveliest casita -- so welcoming, comfy, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Ginny is the ultimate host, bringing us homemade cookies and even some Airborne to help with my cold. We would love to stay here again sometime!

This Property is an Excellent place to stay when visiting The Old Pueblo! Its location near the University of Arizona is ideal and close to all of our favorite places around Tucson. Cozy, comfortable and close to U of A

It was our daughter's graduation from U of A. This adorable little casita is close to campus, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood so if felt a bit like home. Check in was easy and check out was easy. The place is very clean and comfortable. The carpet in the bedroom is like walking on clouds. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed in the guest house for a long weekend. The location was perfect for us as our son's apartment was less than a mile away. This is a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Ginger and Candace are amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. The guest house is beautifully decorated and clean and so cozy. The back patio area is absolutely beautiful and was so relaxing to sit out there and watch the full moon rise. There aren't enough stars to review this awesome gem. I will definitely book with them again next time I visit Tucson. The one downfall is, this is such a sweet little treasure I'm afraid it will be booked all of the time as word gets out about it!

Clean and Quiet

This guest house was great!! Very clean and quite roomy! The outdoor space was perfect. Ginger the host was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in and situated. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful guesthouse experience

We loved our stay at this guesthouse in so many ways. It is beautifully decorated, the furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with high quality items, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the house.
