Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. The only things that are inaccessible are the two linen closets in the main house and the storage closet in the garage which will remain locked.
Other things to note
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, wifi, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, blow dryers, laundry soap, highchair, pack-n-play, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Prior to your arrival, the home will be thoroughly cleaned put through an inspection checklist to ensure everything is in excellent condition.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Noise complaints fees are $250 per verified complaint. The light on the sports court will automatically turn off at 10pm. Parties are not allowed. Unauthorized parties will result in a $950 fee and immediate termination of booking without refund. If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the house for you! No smoking of any kind or illegal drugs are permitted on the property. If evidence is found (smoke smell, ashes, etc.) there will be a $500 fee. If the house is left in a dirty condition, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. No unauthorized guests allowed; you will be charged $25 per night, per unauthorized guest, for the full booking term.

Pool Heating (if applicable): In colder months (Sept-April) we can heat the pool. The heating fee is $100/day to heat to 80 degrees (if weather permits). We will monitor the temperature. Pool must be heated for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. We cannot guarantee that it will always reach and maintain temperature, as everything is weather-dependent, however, this is typically not an issue. We will contact you about a week before your stay to see if you would like to have the pool heated. You will be charged upon arrival and payment will be made through an additional money request sent through Airbnb.

Internet: We provide internet service for your convenience. Please do not illegally download copyright protected content. Our internet provider, Comcast Xfinity, monitors network traffic for bit torrent and other peer-to-peer sharing sites and will mail us detailed citations and fines including date, time, and content titles. The guest who booked the property will be fined $150 per illegal download. Multiple warnings can result in Comcast terminating our internet, so please do not allow any guests to misuse the Internet service.


-Audio and Video Monitoring: For safety and security, exterior video cameras are in place at the front entryway, side driveway, and back gate. This is for your safety and the security of our home. There is no audio/video monitoring inside the home or of the pool/deck area.
