Situato su 7 acri di lussureggiante paesaggio desertico ai margini del Saguaro National Park West, questo ranch adobe realizzato a mano incarna lo spirito del Tucson. Tre distinte camere da letto possono ospitare sei e due ospiti aggiuntivi possono essere ospitati nella sala da sole su un materasso ad aria queen size. La bella arte del sud-ovest e tocchi personalizzati, combinati con le spesse mura di adobe, rendono questa casa un tesoro. Circondato da un paesaggio incontaminato del deserto e da splendide viste, questo è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza speciale dove puoi sentirti lontano da tutto, ma essere vicino a ristoranti e opzioni di intrattenimento.
Questa casa passiva solare è stata progettata e costruita con cura a mano. Ogni camera presenta un soffitto diverso .... dalle grandi travi a sbalzo, alle nervature del Saguaro, al cedro a spina di pesce ... e un bellissimo mix di pietra, marmo, mattoni, cemento e classici pavimenti in piastrelle messicane di Saltillo.
Sombrero Peak si erge maestosamente appena ad ovest della casa con i Santa Catalina ad est. Ci sono viste in ogni direzione e questo è un posto fantastico per catturare uno dei tramonti pittoreschi di Tucson. Svegliati e goditi una tazza di caffè nel patio sul retro con un saguaro secolare che tiene un cortile. Il cortile anteriore offre una caratteristica acqua gorgogliante che può essere un popolare punto di ristoro per la fauna locale.
La cucina su misura è completamente attrezzata per cucinare con abbastanza piatti, bicchieri e posate per accogliere facilmente twleve.
La grande sala dispone di un grande divano e un divano e una smart TV da 55 ", librerie, giochi e puzzle. The Sunroom è il luogo ideale per leggere e contemplare in silenzio. Accanto alla cucina troverete una splendida sala da pranzo con grande tavolo e sedie personalizzati e un classico camino sud-occidentale.
Negozi di alimentari e servizi in 5 minuti e le esclusive aree per lo shopping e la ristorazione ai piedi della Catalina sono solo una decina di minuti. Vi è un facile accesso all'autostrada per il centro e l'UofA (15-20 minuti). I ciclisti e gli appassionati di attività all'aria aperta apprezzeranno la vicinanza al Tucson Loop (una rete di 130 miglia di percorsi ad uso comune e percorsi asfaltati dedicati al ciclismo, ai pedoni e all'equitazione).

Great location and home.

We had the most enjoyable time relaxing in the middle of a serene location and with a wonderful home to spread out in. Plenty of space for games, dinners, and sleeping quarters. Close to local shopping, yet still in the desert with a feel of being in nature at its best. Unique views landscape and plenty of local wildlife sights and sounds to enhance the experience. Owners were very gracious, met us for check-in and provided a nice welcome overview to get settled in. Great place to stay.

Even better in person

The house and the property are incredible! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is even better in person. I would definitely stay here again! The owners are very friendly and accomodating too. It's a real adobe house with very thick walls, so it was very quiet and stayed nice and cool during the hot desert days. I was there with a group and we all loved it!

NWDR - Lovely

This home (No Way Dude Ranch) is BEAUTIFUL! The new back patio is wonderful. I can’t wait to return to see the outdoor kitchen in place. The decor is perfect and the house is well stocked. In addition it is just outside Saguaro National Park. The Arizona Desert Museum is also quite close. It’s a perfect location! I want to return!

A True Gem

We attend the Tucson Gem Shows every year, and this home was truly one of the best gems we found. The house is so unique thanks to all the owner's personal touches and wonderful artwork. It was comfortable, well-appointed and in a perfect location for our needs. Gary and Deborah were great hosts, communicative and helpful when needed. We've already reserved for next year!

Beautiful Tucson Retreat

This was a home away from home in a quiet and picturesque setting. Amenities were top class and the home is decorated beautiful throughout. The architectural features were also lovely. Owners met us there and have is a tour. Very responsive to questions. We would stay here again for our next visit.

Spring break ‘23

What a wonderful gem this home is! So much care and attention have gone into the furnishings and decorations. It’s an ideal location, just far enough away from the hub bub of the city but easy driving to just about anything you want to do. Gary & Deborah were kind, helpful and attentive to us during our visit. We’re already planning our return trip for next spring!

Desert Retreat

Fabulous place for a girls' weekend!

Spacious, super-clean, nicely furnished, comfortable furniture, and high end finishes abound in this house. Well-stocked linens and kitchen supplies. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The remote setting was idyllic. Five stars all around!!!

Desert Paradise

We have stayed in many vacation homes around the country, and this is probably the nicest we’ve ever seen. It was the perfect southwestern home in the perfect desert setting. Everything about the place was high end and top notch. The home was magnificently furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. It was so peaceful and wonderful to just sit on the back patio and take in the views and the tranquility that we rarely left the house to go explore Tucson!

Beautiful Property and Convenient Location

Great location for exploring Tucson. There is a feeling of total privacy at the property, but you can also quickly get to grocery stores and restaurants. Once we checked in, we immediately vowed to eat all of our breakfasts and dinners at the house. It is so beautiful, we wanted to soak it all in. The owners have a love for the home and it is evident in how it is cared for and decorated. Gary and Deborah have thoughtfully considered the amenities available to guests. It all makes for such a lovely stay!

Felt like what a home in Tucson is like

Adobe Thanksgiving

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed the bonfires, stars at night, sunsets, a few quiet morning rains, long hikes, and a memorable Thanksgiving. The dining room hosted our large family in authentic adobe style. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home.

A gem in the dessert

Our stay at the No Way Dude Ranch was wonderful. The adobe itself is endlessly fascinating – obviously a labor of love in the design and build. And the location in the saguaro dessert couldn’t be more perfect. It was stocked with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms had comfortable bedding and beds, plenty of drawers and closet space, multiple sets of towels and quality soaps. The kitchen, as well, was well stocked and spacious for multiple cooks. It was scrupulously clean. The washer and dryer were an added convenience. Mornings on the patio, from early coffee to a late brunch were relaxing and presented us a view of the magnificent dessert landscape. We traveled to Tucson from points north and west for some warm weather and a chance to create a family bubble where we could finally gather after a long year of restrictions. It was perfect. Thank you Deborah and Gary.

Two Days in Peace and Beauty

The No Way Dude Ranch was a pristine desert location with acres of beautiful desert cacti and foliage everywhere. The home was beautifully furnished with a charming desert motif. We will definitely be back!

Unique home in a very quiet, relaxing setting

Very unique home that fits well with the location. The home has modern conveniences that accommodate today's lifestyle and yet it provides relaxing comfort. It is within close proximity of major shopping areas. The personal service and attention to detail by the owner/manager is outstanding.

Tucson guest house

 sure Overall our stay at this house was fantastic. The space is beautiful and very peaceful. It is in a great setting that is very stereotypical “Arizona dessert”, and there is all types of wildlife that can be viewed from the house. It is a little far from downtown Tucson or the airport, but closer to Phoenix which could be a good or bad thing depending on your situation. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful, and overall in the stay we had no issue and would stay again if we had the option. Ryan

Natural desert beauty with comfort

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. You get all the feel of a remote natural desert location with the convenience of being less than 10 minutes from "civilization." Gary and Deborah are excellent hosts, personable and professional. Deborah communicated so well with all my questions before our arrival and they responded quickly during our stay as well. Gary met us at the property and gave us a quick tour which made getting settled-in much easier. They started us off with a full pantry of staples and some extra welcome gifts. The mattresses were all very comfortable and complemented by soft linens. Fluffy towels and quality bath products and soaps were so refreshing after a long day of hiking and sight-seeing. The house is a southwest cultural experience in design and decor. The pictures don't do it justice. I loved exploring all the art, decorative collections, and books throughout the house. Then step outside and enjoy the desert. The property is huge and the desert is full of life and color: fascinating cacti and plants, coyotes, javelinas, kangaroo mice (all outside!), hummingbirds, finches and wrens. We especially enjoyed evenings around the campfire watching the stars and listening to the coyotes howl. I think what sets Gary and Deborah apart is that they will do what it takes to make this about you. Apparently the oven went out the day before our arrival. When a repair/replacement could not be procured in time, they brought in a full size portable oven for our stay. Things happen, but they made no excuses and took care of it. We look forward to staying here again!
