Questa straordinaria casa tradizionale sud-ovest (con oltre 1.000 piedi quadrati di patii coperti) di 3.000 m² è situata su 3. 3 acri privati sulle colline tortolita della zona settentrionale di Tucson, adiacente alla comunità di resort Dove Mountain.

Il maestoso deserto di Sonora è mozzafiato e perfetta per andare in bicicletta, trekking o semplicemente per rilassarsi ed assaporare la bellezza circostante. Godetevi l'ambiente privato con una vista incredibile, pur mantenendo una vicinanza a negozi, ottimi ristoranti e alcuni dei migliori campi da golf di Tucson ha da offrire.

Aprire la porta alla serenità del cortile anteriore, ideale per godersi il tè del mattino, curling con un libro, o la condivisione cene intime. La fontana lenitiva, colibrì stravaganti, arredamento confortevole, e l'illuminazione magica serata offrono solitudine unico e un rifugio tranquillo.

Una volta all'interno della villa, sarete affascinati dalla spaziosa sala grande con pavimenti in cemento, alti soffitti con travi a vista e impressionante in legno su misura in tutto. Con il suo tavolo da biliardo campionato, a schermo piatto da 60 pollici, Bose circondano le ultime scelte multimediali audio e, questa grande sala offre innumerevoli opzioni di intrattenimento.

cuochi più esigenti si sentiranno ispirati nella cucina completamente attrezzata, attrezzato alla pari con una residenza primaria completa di armadietto delle spezie fornito, e una serie completa di gadget, piccoli elettrodomestici e coperti anche la Cina. Nessun dettaglio è stato risparmiato.

Il re master suite colpisce è arredata con gusto e comprende un piccolo spazio di lavoro in ufficio, vista sulle montagne di Catalina e accesso diretto al patio coperto, una vasca idromassaggio e piscina. Il bagno principale dispone di una grande doccia walk-in con due teste e vasca da bagno separata perfetti per il relax al coperto.

La master suite e tre camere per gli ospiti non meno affascinanti sono tutte dotate di TV a schermo piatto con accesso DishTV / Hopper DVR e lettori DVD Blu-ray.

La disposizione dei letti comprende: Camera da letto principale - Re, 'Tahoe Bedroom' - King, 'Southwest Bedroom' - Queen e 'Route 66 Bedroom' - 1 Queen e 1 Full.

SPAZI ESTERNI
Mentre l'interno della casa è arredata in modo confortevole e attrezzato, la vita in Arizona, è tutta una questione aperta. Godetevi la squisita tempo per tutto l'anno dagli spazi all'aperto espansiva tra cui terrazze coperte completamente arredati, spa e piscina riscaldata con giochi d'acqua masso naturale a pochi passi.

Perdetevi nella bellezza circostante, prendere il sole nella laguna o sonnecchiando sulla coperta a bordo piscina Bali Bed in giorno; o guardando le luci della città, mentre riuniti intorno al fuoco del gas funzione di notte. Questa oasi esterna di Sonora è sicuramente affascinante con la sua natura e la sua bellezza del deserto circostante.


Note di trasporto: il percorso per Casa Campana include un segmento molto breve (1/8 miglia) di strada sterrata pianeggiante e compatta tra la nostra corsia e la strada cittadina. Questo non è insolito per la zona. Se arrivate in auto da diporto, è previsto uno spazio per camper con allaccio elettrico.

This beautiful home is a rare find in every way!

Stunning views, very clean and such a well maintained home. Lovely spacious areas are set up to make everyone feel comfortable. It is so well stocked and thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed. An absolutely gorgeous setting and very private! We will definitely be back! Absolutely Gorgeous

Our stay at Casa Campana was absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need and so much more. The owner is very accessible and accommodating and the property is so beautiful that we barely wanted to leave. Even our teenagers commented how relaxing their week was.

Spring Break 2025

This is by far the nicest property that I have rented in AZ . For my family it’s all about the outdoor living space and this property exceeded our expectations! We were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to hang out together ! Loved the landscaping and small details inside and outside of this property. This house is well stocked with anything you could possibly need . Mark checked it through out our stay to make sure everything was perfect ! Hope to come back in the future !

Tucson oasis

Six of us stayed in this cozy house for 6 days. We had more than enough room. We explored the area and had fun playing ping pong , pool and sitting in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this house and host. We had everything on could possibly want when away from home. Also the beds were very comfy! We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our trip to Casa Campana. Mark and Susan have a lovely home to share. The backyard area is stunning with multiple areas to sit / lay and enjoy the scenery day and / or night. Plenty of room in the house as well with directions on how to use everything. Mark checked in to ensure everything remained to the high standards he wants his visitors to enjoy during their / our stay. 10 / 10 review.

Great Stay and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Campana. Mark is very easy to communicate with and wants to ensure you enjoy your stay. They have provided instructions to take the guessing game out of how to use and to enjoy all the features the house has to provide. This home provides you with plenty of wonderful sights to soak and many things to do so you do not want to leave. Wonderful Thanksgiving

Hosted my wife’s family for Thanksgiving. Simply a wonderful setting for a wonderful day. The house is perfect. Communications up front were excellent and reassuring. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Mark made it easy all around. The amenities are first rate. I definitely recommend staying here. It’s a quiet side of Tucson and close to all the outdoor activities you need and a short drive off of I-10 to get you downtown if you need.

We felt so fortunate to have found this splendid place in our search for a perfect Southwest vacation home. Many times in the past, we have found vacation homes fail to live up to their posted photos, but this home and grounds, however, managed to even exceed the beautiful, posted photos. We loved the Southwest architecture, and the super well-appointed interior was much appreciated, including the upscale bedding, the awesome pool table, the extremely well-equipped kitchen, the pervasive AV/multi-media options, and so many more than we can list; the proprietors truly thought of everything that anyone could wish for in a vacation home. The attention to detail is truly incredible!The exquisite Southwest landscaping provides the perfect backdrop for the amazing swimming pool, astounding rock waterfall, and the many tranquil fountains. Watching a hummingbird take an extended bath on the top of the cactus fountain was surreal. The plethora of comfortable seating options in both the front and back gardens provided the perfect respite no matter where the sun was.Proprietor Mark provided comprehensive customer care from before we arrived till after we returned home, ensuring everything was perfect during our entire stay.We were sad to leave and hope to one day return to Casa Campana!

Magical Home

We had a wonderful stay in Tucson over the Christmas period. The owners made this exceptional property even better by anticipating our every need and hosting us so we felt right at home. They accommodated us when we needed to change due to weather and made certain we were comfortable. The home is immaculate and well stocked. Great private location but still close enough to groceries, etc. The backyard is amazing and the Bali Bed is a magical experienced. We witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We hope to return to Tucson and would absolutely stay at this property. Thank you to Mark and Susan.

Amazing house!

This is truly an amazing house. We have been renting properties all over the world for decades, and this is one of the finest we have ever stayed at. Impeccably maintained and set up for your convenience. Everything is automated so that you don't have to worry about a thing. We had a family of five adults - parents and our daughter, son and daughter-in-law. Lots of space to hang together or to be alone and peaceful. Mark was a fantastic host, very communicative and even bought yoga blocks so I didn't have to pack them. Would heartily recommend to anyone staying in Tucson!

Amazing stay

Everything was as promised and absolutely amazing. When we loaded up to head home both my kids asked if we could come back to this house. The exterior was so relaxing and perfect, while the inside was just right for the one colder day we had. The communication from owners was amazing and any questions were answered within minutes. Both during our stay and leading up to it. Something I have come across in the past is management companies that take hours or days and time on hold waiting for an answer. It immediately ruins the day. Nothing like that at all, Mark was always available and the information and recommendations provided prior to arrival and on property were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved this special wildlife oasis!

We had a group of 5 friends staying together in this very special home. It was perfect for us - plenty of space, lots of sitting areas for quiet time alone, or chatting with each other. I had a hard time leaving the backyard. The views were just spectacular. The guys watched a lot of college basketball playoffs, men and women’s, on the huge tv from the very comfortable sofa. The location of the house was very convenient for all of our needs, and we loved the quiet neighborhood. The house was equipped beautifully. We made all of our breakfasts in the house and one final dinner using the outdoor grill. There wasn’t a single utensil that wasn’t provided! Mark was terrific - a good communicator and gracious host. I feel certain we will return and are already checking our calendars.

An Absolute Gem. A week of total relaxation and tranquility.

This quiet, private, desert oasis is an absolute gem. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the large well-furnished luxurious outdoor living area with pool and flowering gardens on 3.3 acres that rivals views of the nearby Saguaro National Park. We spent many happy hours dining and conversing with family members while watching the hummingbirds pollinate the salvia right next to the outdoor dining, and a large variety of desert birds enjoying the ocotillo, bottlebrush, lantana, yucca, trumpet vines, and more intermingled with saguaro, prickly pear, and several other cacti perfectly arrayed around the pool. This place was a bird paradise. Several birds came to the gorgeous garden: hummingbirds, black-headed Orioles, Verdins, Woodpeckers, black-throated Sparrow, Lesser Gold Finch, Bell’s Vireo, curve-billed Thrasher, Gambel’s Quail, Ash-throated Flycatcher and Pyrrhuloxia. It’s unbelievable. The house itself is very well designed for both fun and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked. Instructions, notes, and labels were on everything. The owners, Mark and Susan, were gracious and helpful promptly answering questions we had at every stage of the rental process. We truly felt that they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We left with a sense of wonder about this home, the beauty of its natural location, the amazingly landscaped grounds, the graciousness of our hosts, and just felt happy that we had the chance to stay in such a special spot.

Incredible Tucson Property!

We have been renting houses for vacations for about five years and Casa Campana was by far the best overall experience we have ever had. We had two three-person families (all related) and our dad, for a seven-person group. Communication before we arrived was comprehensive and timely. When we arrived, the fans were on, the air was on, music was playing and a lovely gift bag was waiting for us. We have never felt so welcomed! Amenities were in large supply, including paper towels, diswashing pellets, detergent and other disposable products that we normally have to purchase at the grocery store. Value and convenient! The property is secluded, quiet, immaculate and a wonderful place to enjoy Tucson. The online photos don't do it justice. The house itself, on the inside, is even nicer than the photos indicate. It is truly amazing. We rarely eat out on these trips and the kitchen was loaded with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, knives, silverware and anything else we might need. We also utilized the outdoor cooking area and it is sensational. Everything is in working order and maintained to the highest standards. We enjoyed many games of pool in the billiard room. Televisions are all cable-equipped with instructions. WIFI was strong. Extra bonus - parking both cars in the garage to keep them out of the heat. The outdoor living area and pool were heavily used and are spectacular! We can't wait to come back and give Casa Campana our highest recommendation. Could not be happier! Thanks!

Magnificent Desert Oasis

I can’t stress enough how magnificent this house and outdoor oasis is. The house is beautifully furnished and is so well equipped from the kitchen, luxury soaps in each of the bathrooms, outdoor furnishings, landscaping, to the pool toys. The owner, Mark, checked in with us periodically to ensure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we had. It was a great personal touch. We have been spoiled for any future VRBO rental. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect vacation

Mark and Susan thought of everything for a wonderful visit! The home was immaculate and it was easy to find everything we needed to prepare food, listen to music, play games and rest peacefully. The outside area was so beautiful we did not want to go anywhere. The weather was perfect in April and we will definitely be returning!

Your own private resort

Amazing property and very helpful and attentive hosts. The house has a resort like feel and is perfect for a large group. Everyone can gather together for games, billiards, ping pong or a swim, but you can also find your own comfortable reprieve on one of the many outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated having all of the mundane must haves covered (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc). There’s a grocery a mere 5 minutes away and may local attractions within a 30 min drive. We had a lovely stay and will certainly return when we can!
