Il resort Bella View è una casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata in un quartiere recintato che recentemente è diventato una casa vacanza. I letti sono tutti nuovi, le lenzuola sono nuove e le dotazioni della cucina sono nuove. Le spettacolari vedute della Catalina Mountain accentuano le alte vedute del deserto permettendoti di goderti il tuo soggiorno di vacanza in una delle migliori zone di Tucson.
L'ottimo concetto di camera con una camera da letto suddivisa offre privacy a tutti gli ospiti. La camera da letto principale è dotata di letto king size in California, TV a schermo piatto, ampia cabina armadio e vista sulla piscina, sul deserto e sulle montagne. Il bagno principale ha doppio lavabo, doccia e vasca idromassaggio. La seconda camera ha un letto King California e la terza camera ha due letti singoli XL che possono essere convertiti in un re. Tutte le camere hanno la propria TV.
Apprezzerai il cortile privato con piscina, un centro benessere sempre caldo e pronto all'uso, sedie a sdraio a bordo piscina, un nuovo barbecue a gas e un patio coperto con tavolo da pranzo e posti a sedere per sei persone. Troverai anche un gioco di lancio della rondella nell'angolo sabbioso del cortile. La recinzione in ferro battuto offre una vista aperta sul paesaggio naturale adiacente del deserto. Superb!

Check in went very smoothly, as simple as letting Todd know when we arrived to Tucson, he got back to us quickly with the instructions to gain access to the property. Everything about the home was excellent! Located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of stores and restaurants all within 10 minutes of the house. Would recommend the stay and would absolutely book again!

Stunning Home, Incredible Views, and Unbeatable Comfort!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained everything was. The beds were incredibly comfortable, outfitted with high-quality bedding that made it feel like a luxury hotel. The bathrooms continued that theme—plush towels, spotless surfaces, and all the amenities you could need were provided.The kitchen was another standout feature—spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for cooking everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. The fast, reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, but the true star of the home was the backyard. With breathtaking mountain views, a large and refreshing private pool, a separate hot tub, and a spotless grilling area complete with a high-end gas grill, it was ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The 4-hole putting green added a fun touch.Minor issues like broken or missing patio umbrellas and pool accessories were quickly addressed by the property manager, Todd, who was responsive and eager to provide local recommendations. The home is in a quiet, gated, walkable neighborhood—most days, the only sounds were birds in the natural lands beyond the back fence. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Quiet and lovely view

Super easy check in. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent starter package for kitchen & bath products . Quiet neighborhood and nice view. Lovely area to walk in the neighborhood too. Great communication with house manager too

Delightful Stay

Great location for hiking both sides of Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park. Our hosts were exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. We especially enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and the hot tub. We are big hikers so all of our needs were met. The home is very spacious and open. Everything is well marked which I rarely see in rental homes. The knives were actually sharp! Also very rare!

My wife and I stayed for a week while we explored Tucson and the surrounding area. The home is spacious, clean and well appointed. It made a very comfortable base for our travels.

As others have noted, property and amenities were as described. Everything you need for a stay. Home stocked and equipped with what you need for stay. High end brand products Would stay here again for certain. We were visiting for parents weekend.

Gorgeous location

We stayed as a family for a long weekend and it’s beautiful. They do have shampoo and some products there. The pool was too cold to swim in. To heat it was an extra 200 dollars. This is the only thing I can think of that was negative. Amazing stay!

Five Plus Stars

This property is just as advertised! There were no surprises as the listing, photos, and description were exactly what we experienced in reality. The property was clean and tidy inside and out. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all necessities, pool was delightful, view was stunning and the neighborhood was very quiet. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were spotless. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. The location was perfect for exploring Tucson. Enjoyed the Tucson guide books; there was a nice selection of puzzles and books (in case you forget one!) And as stated above, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved and would not only stay again but recommend to others as well!

Wonderful backyard

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Todd was very responsive and dealt with an issue at check in professionally and extremely fairly. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the northeastern side of Tucson. The backyard was amazing! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and putting green. We had a great stay!

Perfect spot for a family

Terrific spacious home with pool and hot tub. Two young grandchildren (4 and 2) really enjoyed the pool- we had it heated. Great view of the mountains, very private , good outdoor space for meals and bbq. Well equipped kitchen and a terrific primary bedroom with big windows that you can overlook the pool area and the stars. A putting green also for our entertainment, we were careful to keep the children away from the cactus. Comfortable spacious living room, pack and play, booster chair provided, plenty of pool toys, beds were comfortable. We all had a great time.

Grannies Gone Wild do Tucson!

During a recent SW road trip of 1800 miles, we four 77-yr-old grannies enjoyed a chilly, rainy week at the beautiful, clean, nicely located Bella View Resort. We did not pay for pool heat this week, and were disappointed that the hot tub jets weren't working (thus the 4-stars for accuracy), but Todd gave us a generous credit to compensate. Our beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had every amenity one could want along with many staples for our use. Two good tables for meals and/or games. Loved telling Alexa to play 60s music!! We would absolutely stay again if a visit to Tucson was in our plans.

Comfortable and quiet
