☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
☆ Pool: The pool measures 22 ft by 12 ft and reaches a depth of 8 ft. Please note, the pool is not heated. Due to our desert location, there`s potential for sand in the pool. Regular cleaning is scheduled every Monday if you prefer not to be bothered during your stay please let us know and we can coordinate another day for the pool to be cleaned.
