Welcome to your bright and cozy Tucson hideaway, another perfectly positioned home in the sought-after central corridor. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers comfort, convenience, and a true sense of place for visitors to Tucson's top attractions.



📍 A Prime, Central Location:

- For University of Arizona: Enjoy a walkable or very short drive to campus, ideal for visiting families, students, or academics.

- For Gem Show Access: You have excellent vehicular access. The major show clusters are a quick 10-15 minute drive away for easy daily commuting.



🏡 Your Comfortable & Functional Home:

This home is designed for relaxed living and accommodates groups comfortably.

🛋️ Bright, Open Living Space: A sunny open-concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen creates a welcoming atmosphere.

🛏️ Flexible Sleeping: The primary suite has a king bed, and the guest room features a full bed with a trundle, sleeping up to 5 guests.

🌵 Private Outdoor Area: A private outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

✨ Important Notes for Your Stay:

♨️ Optional Hot Tub: A hot tub is available ONLY upon advance request for an additional fee. Only one reservation at a time has access; please inquire before arrival.

🏙️ Neighborhood Context: This home is in a central, mixed-use area near Speedway Blvd. It's a friendly, safe neighborhood, but as in many urban areas, you may see unhoused individuals. For security, exterior cameras are installed and signs are posted to deter trespassers.

Public Transit: Tucson’s Sun Tran bus system has several routes nearby, making it simple to explore the city without a car. Check the schedule for routes that can take you to downtown, shopping areas, and local attractions.



Biking: The neighborhood is bike-friendly, with bike lanes and paths connecting to nearby parks and attractions. You can rent bikes from local shops for a fun way to explore.

Other Things to Note:

Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.



We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please let us know if you're having them! Here are a few important guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:



Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs allowed in the home.



Cleanliness: Please be sure to pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard.



Pet Fees: A flat fee of $50 applies for stays of 5 days or less.

For longer stays, a fee of $15 per day will be charged starting on the 6th day.





We currently cannot accommodate your furry pet cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand.



Please note: Hot tub use is subject to availability and must be booked in advance of your stay. Guests are required to reach out to us directly to confirm hot tub availability and make arrangements for its use. There is a $50 fee per day for hot tub use. This ensures we can provide the best possible experience during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!



Important Note:

Please be aware that there may be some noise in the deep backyard area between 8 AM and 3 PM as work is being done to reinforce the back gate for added security. Workers will access the backyard through side entrances and will not enter the house rest assured, you will not be disturbed. Thank you for your understanding!
