Desert Morada Casita B- Ristrutturato 2 camere da letto 2 bagni

Posizione comoda, vicino a Midtown Tucson.  Casita B fa parte di un complesso di appartamenti di dodici unità in cui tutti sono situati intorno a una piscina.  Cortile recintato di buone dimensioni per la privacy e gli animali domestici.  Recentemente rinnovato con nuovi pavimenti, bagni e cucina ristrutturata, nuove finestre.  Infissi e arredi scelti con cura per il vostro comfort e divertimento. Entrambe le camere hanno letti king size con lenzuola nuove e arredamento coordinato, il soggiorno ha mobili in pelle, una tv a schermo piatto (tv via cavo), e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con utensili da cucina e da pranzo.  Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano anche nella casita.   Al momento stiamo lavorando per l'abbellimento dell'intera proprietà con botanici lussureggianti e del deserto per un ambiente simile al parco.  Non lontano dall'università dell'Arizona e dagli ospedali della zona.
Le tariffe mensili non includono l'elettricità, verrà addebitato separatamente per questo. Bollette elettriche tipiche: inverno $ 50 al mese, estate $ 80-100 al mese. 

Costi aggiuntivi- Il costo per ospite aggiuntivo sopra 2-questo include i bambini. La tariffa aggiuntiva per gli ospiti è di $ 20 a persona a notte. Chiedi a qualcuno di restare solo una notte: devi pagare quell'ospite per quella notte. Facciamo pagare anche per i cani, nessun altro animale domestico per favore! La tassa per gli animali domestici è di $ 5 al giorno per animale. Il mancato pagamento di costi aggiuntivi prima della prenotazione comporterà il raddoppiamento delle tariffe. Ospitare una festa, la raccolta - al di fuori di quelli che affittano la casa, matrimoni, funerali, circhi, baby shower, feste di compleanno, cene ecc. Non sono consentiti e comporterà uno sgombero immediato.

The Casita was very clean and well-equipped. The hosts were very attentive and kept the public areas around the pool, BBQ and parking lot very tidy and smart.

Very Nice Property

We stayed a week in this casita, along with our pup, and really enjoyed our stay. The pictures on the listing don't quite show how nice this casita is. I had a couple of questions about accessibility before I booked, and the owner was extremely quick to respond with accurate information. The casita was very clean when we got there, and well stocked on essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dish and dishwasher soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc.). Beds were comfy.The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, hot pads, dish cloths, etc. Not exactly like home, but stocked better than many other properties we've stayed in. Nice washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The casita has a walled-in patio which was great for our pup. The one requirement was totally reasonable... pick up after your pup before you leave! Weather was inconsistent, but it was very nice to sit out on the patio when the weather cooperated.We will definitely go back to Desert Morada when we are back in Tucson. The owners obviously care about the property, and we were happy to stay there.

Nice place to spend some relaxing days

We recently spent nine nights here and it was the perfect place for us. All the comforts of home (well, almost!), a safe neighborhood, two grocery stores one minute drive away, and all the shops and restaurants you could want very close by, including the Tucson Mall. The pool looked very inviting but this was December so it didn't get any use. The property was clean, well-kept, and quiet.

Owners were great to work with, timely responses. Unit was clean & very well stocked. Had gas grills available which was a very nice feature, grilled several nights. Location was great, grocery store about 2 blocks, mall about 1 mile. Road to access was rough, only negative.

Lovely Stay At Dessert Morada

Photos don’t do Maria’s place justice. Very nicely decorated with newer furniture and Southwestern Art. She is a detail person and has a well supplied kitchen and bath.. Very clean casita directly next to the pool with a good view of the kids if you bring any. We did not but would bring our grandkids with out a doubt. My wife who is a tough reviewer said she would stay for 2 months with no hesitation. Great location and excellent security gate which you operate.

Great place for a getaway

Not Friendly - Poor WiFi

We’ve rented from vrbo for 20 years but have never encountered such grumpy owners. Any request or question was met with a hostile attitude. The WiFi was abysmal - movies froze on the screen, iPads lost connections - because they’re trying to serve all 12 units with one router, using extensions. Filters on the heat vents hadn’t been changed for ages so when we turned the heat on, dust blew out. There was no vacuum, so I bought a mop to wipe the dust off the floors every day. Two kitchen pans were crusted with burnt food so we bought new ones and left them there. We won’t be back.

Home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home had everything we needed and more. Comfortable accommodations, full kitchen, and great living room space for relaxing. It was everything Maria and Carla said it would be. Gated community, felt very safe.

Tucson Get away

The condo was lovely in a very secure gated area. Not the greatest part of Tucson, but I felt safe. The condo and grounds were very clean and there was a great little back yard for my dog.

Happy Homecoming

Very pleased with the unit. All rentals are individual homes. Very clean and well maintained. Southwest taste in kitchen, bathrooms. met several other people who were renting there. All were very nice. Close to University of Arizona where we spent the weekend at their Homecoming

Spontaneous Weekend Getaway

I have stayed in 3 of the casitas in the complex. This was the best of the 3 for me. It was super clean, comfortable beds, adequate kitchen for a quick trip. Location is great and I appreciate the gated parking. Another unit had a garage door opener and that was certainly easier, but not a necessity. Close to shopping, restuarants and grocery stores.

Oasis In The Middle Of Tucson

My youngest son and I stayed in a 2 bed/2bath casita at the Desert Morada Casitas property. We had almost daily visits from friends of mine that now live in Tucson, and my second oldest son came and spent a night with us. It is a wonderful surprise in the middle of a mixed income neighborhood that is being revitalized by people like Carla and Maria (the owners/operators of this property). They have created a small gated community of 13 single level casitas that share the pool and barbecuing areas. I had the opportunity to meet some of the other guest while enjoying the pool and everyone I met was very pleasant. My youngest son even made a friend that he is staying in touch with. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The living room furnishings were meant for living in and not for a reception area, as has been the case at other locations I have stayed at. All bedding, towels (for indoor and pool use), and pots/pans/plates/cups/small appliances and utensils, even some basic seasonings, etc. were supplied. They also supplied shampoo (no conditioner), body wash and lotion. You just need to bring yourself, some clothes and basic toiletries to enjoy this hidden gem. Communication was wonderful between the owners and I. Texting will get you the fastest response as these ladies do still work. They also have on site maintenance personnel who were also very pleasant. I was doing the dishes one day and realized I was standing in a puddle. It turned out that the garbage disposal had cracked and was leaking under the sink. Within minutes of me texting Carla someone had left extra towels/rags outside my casita to help sop up the mess, and by the next morning the issue had been addressed with the installation of a new garbage disposal. I've never had such fast, reliable service/communication between myself and an owner/operator of any vacation property I have stayed at. I am totally impressed with these ladies and hope they build more of these locations. I wish them every success! They've earned it. P.S. They're also dog friendly. I'm not sure about cats.

Peaceful Oasis Home away from home

This will be our 3rd time staying at this beautiful Oasis. The care of the property and amenities are excellent. We love the peaceful area and location for access to time with area friends and family plus area attractions. Our two small dogs enjoy the back patio and the landscaping is attentive to dogs to are not familiar with cactus. We love that you don’t smell previous dogs inside or out and that our pets are safe and happy.

Wonderful Local Getaway

We discovered this property looking for a quick staycation from Phoenix, and we're so happy we found it! Great location, so close to grocery store shopping and dining, while feeling like a secluded getaway all at the same time. We loved the pool, and the apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Our senior dog had her own enclosed patio area and was very comfortable. We would 100% recommend and stay at this property again.
